Our coaching relationship starts with your agenda, your initiative, and your values.
As your Coach, I will challenge you to work on your goals, live out your values, and reach your potential. I will provide support, accountability, share perspectives, and resources for your growth goals. We will create a growth plan including regular action steps for you to carry out.
The process is intended to help you to learn and will be structured around your needs and growth goals.
How a coaching partnership works
We have an initial exploratory call to discuss the coaching process, understand your goals, and design the coaching sessions around your needs.
The coaching sessions can be held either virtually or in-person.
